Very happy with the tire service recently received at Hogan! Mostly due to the weather change, my tires needed air and an alignment. When you buy tires at Hogan, free rotation is included which is a good perk. I was told it would take 1-1/2 hrs at most so I chose to wait, Woburn has a lounge area with bathrooms, and free coffee and water. In an hour, my car was finished and I was ready to go - counter service is friendly and it took no time to check out. Would definitely recommend Hogan as I’m already a repeat customer and my car is driving much better now.

I had an excellent experience at Hogan Tire & Auto on my way back from Boston to Montreal. I got a flat tire during the trip and stopped by their shop for help. The team fixed my tire in under 30 minutes, which was impressively fast and allowed me to get back on the road without much delay. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. A special shoutout to Matt, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. I truly appreciate their efficiency and outstanding customer service. Was in a desperate pinch right before Christmas. Due to alignment issues, both rear tires wore down to the wires quickly, and weren't going to make it home from work . Matt G. both got me in the door quickly, and helped me find a budget friendly option to get me safely back on the road. On top of that, arranged transportation to get me back to work quickly. HIGHLY recommend Hogan. Keep up the great work!

I got a flat tire the other day and didn't have a spare, so I had to have my car towed in. I called around to see where I could get in on the same day and came across Hogan Tire. They were able to patch the tire despite it being in rough shape, saving me from needing to buy a new one. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in-person was pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely come here again if needed!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Hogan Tire in Woburn, MA. I got a nail in my tire and needed it repaired. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do it or if I'd have to purchase new tires for my car. I was so surprised when they told me that the technician could fix it, and that it was covered from the last time I purchased tires in 2021. These honest employees didn't try to sell me on new tires. They told me that I might want to change out my two front tires after another 1-2 oil changes, and that my back tires still looked great. They saved me hundreds of dollars today, and I am so grateful.

We had an emergency,flat up on 93 Had to have tow driver drop us w/car to replace with new tire. First we went w/tow to a neighboring tire store (no need to name names) And we were not received very well. Rude and unprofessional in fact!! Back in the tow truck to Hogan witch was next door. Great shop for tire repair. Have had rim leaks fixed twice by this place and it's quick and simple. You make an appointment, the take the car, fix the tire, and charge you ~$45. I have had so many issues with other shops in Boston that I came back here. Thank you for doing good and quick work!

I have been very pleased with Hogan. I go to them for all my car maintenence on both my Infiniti and my husband's mini van. They are helpful, honest, quick and have great communication including appointment reminders and status of the diagnosis and repair. All repairs have been reasonably priced and high quality, most recently brakes on one and exhaust on the other. I'll also point out they keep to their time frames, getting my vehicle repaired an hour before I needed it back.

The folks at Hogan were excellent. I had the misfortune of a non-repairable puncture and an urgent need to retire the car. The team was able to source tires suited for an EV and complete change in 24hours. They were extremely communicative and friendly, especially in articulating how the tire damage was not repairable. Highly recommend their service.
