Hogan tire in Natick should be your first stop if you have a tire issue! They also do oil changes I found out while I was there. I had a small leak in a tire and they repaired it for me within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. They have free wifi and coffee and tea and you can wait in their little waiting area while they work on your car. Christopher is an amazing and caring manager and I will be going back to Hogan for sure!

Morgan at the Natick location is awesome!!! She was so friendly and helpful, especially when the afternoon before my appointment I realized I had requested the wrong size tire. She was able to fix that for me without my having to reschedule. Also, while waiting for my car stuff to be finished, I heard her very patiently, calmly, and nicely deal with a customer who was not affording her the same courtesy. She deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Needed 4 new tires with a quick turnaround because I was leaving for vacation the following day. Morgan went above and beyond getting the tires into the shop to have same day service. Very communicative throughout the process. She was extremely helpful and she genuinely cared about ensuring I got my car back before the end of the day. On top of all of that she got us the best deal possible for price. Extremely happy with the experience and will 100% go back.

I went to Hogan Tire to have old tires replaced on my Subaru. It was by far the best experience I ever had for any car-related thing. I asked for a specific tire model. The correct tires were brought over from a warehouse the next day, in time form my scheduled appointment. I needed a ride to and from work: no problem. Hogan's computer systems are integrated with Uber, so they simleassly summoned me a car to get to work, and later picked me up when the car was ready. I did not have to do anything - amazing! The next day after the tire replacement my car showed a low presssure in one tire. I stopped by Hogan. They found a leaking tire valve stem (nothing to do with their work the previous day) and replaced it for free! This is a busness done right. Thank you Morgan, and the the rest of the Hogan crew!

That is priceless, all the help and good work they did on my car just a few minutes after closing my car. I was ready and confident to drive I forget the employees name but they deserve the best!! I had low tire pressure and went to Hogan Tire but I got there just as they were about to close. They could have sent me away but they checked and repressurized my tires for no charge. When I asked about the cost, they said the only charge was for me to drive safely.

I blew a tire in Wellesley and feared driving home to the Cape on the "doughnut". Matt agreed to replace my tire that afternoon despite how busy the shop was. I can't thank him enough, nor say enough good things about Hogan Tire. I had called all around looking including my car dealership, and no-one else was willing to do same day service. I highly recommend Hogan Tire.

My new go to mechanic! Hogan tire was able to fit me in within 24 hours to fix a balance issue with my car. The waiting room was very clean and had wifi and a/c so I opted to wait there while the car was in the garage. Matheus was very nice and explained everything to me, and went out of his way to ensure the car no longer had any issues. I was even able to test drive the car at the end of my visit and listen for any complications myself. I’ll be back!
