Medway - Hogan tire was fantastic. I needed a spare tire replaced. After walking in I had a plan and they replaced the tire while I ran an errand. The whole process was quick and simple. The facility was clean and quiet which is a big factor to me knowing if I ever need to wait for a repair I will be comfortable.

First flat tire and first time working with Hogan's Tires. Upon noting I had a flat tire went to Hogan's given it was near my location at the time. I had the pleasure of meeting Bill who, despite how busy he was at the time, immediately went over and above to make my situation a priority and resolve the issue quickly given I had no spare tire. Given my excellent encounter with Bill and Hogan's will always go there for auto-related needs. Thank you Bill !!!

I noticed a flat tire around 1 pm. Called AAA and someone came out at 2 pm. I was informed that I needed 4 new tires. I called 2 tire companies but could not be guaranteed same day service. I needed to get to work the next day as I had a training I could not miss. Finally, I called Hogan Tire in Medway. Spoke to Bill who was patient and understood I needed to get to work the next day. I gave him the tire information and he checked to make sure that he had 4 tires. He then told me to come write over. I arrived around 3pm and I left there at 5 pm. My new tires were on, alignment done, and the steering wheel was aligned. I thank Bill and the service staff for helping out of a very difficult situation. I will now use Hogan Tire for all my auto needs. Susan P.

A BIG Shout-out to the lads at Hogan Tire in Medway, MA! It looked like I had a nail in my right rear tire on my 2018 Z06 Corvette (Although my pressure was holding steady) so I called them this morning (They did the tires on my 2014 Stingray with NO issues) and I was told they have a tech that specializes in high-end cars, and he had some time today, to bring it right down. They were going to take the tire off the rim and try to plug it, if they could. They called me about 30 minutes later to say that there was no issue with the tire, they had put it under water with no bubbles, and couldn't find any issue, and that I could come pick it up. I asked what I owed they for their time and trouble and they said nothing! NO CHARGE!! So when I eventually need tires, you can guess who will be getting my business! Service like this is is few and far between IMO! I posted this review on my FB Page CORVETTE_C7 12400 folks there! Thanks gents

Went in yesterday to have a patch put in my leaky tire, and everyone was super nice! Cute little waiting area too! They even came out to show me the big ole rock that punctured my tire! Great service, thank you so much!

They fit me in to take care of my leaking tire.They are very honest in the work they did. I let them know I was willing to replace the tire if necessary and they determined it could be fixed and a replacement was unnecessary. Even when fixing the tire valve they did not try to sell me a new (unneeded) pressure sensor. Service the way it should be ! It is now 4 months later. Just got an oil change and vehicle safety/maintenance check. Oil change a very good value and there was no upsell on unnecessary procedures. Had a similar check at a near by Toyota dealer several months ago and they attempted to upsell me $1000 worth of unnecessary procedures (deemed unnecessary even in the Toyota service manual !) Again Hogan in Medway is very honest and professional. Highly recommend them !

I stopped going to the dealership after I was told me 3 year old Infiniti needed all kinds of work while there for an oil change. Went here for a second opinion and got honest answers. I use these guys for both of my cars now. Quality work done in a timely manner. Plus they are local for me so that makes everything easier.

Prior embarking a long road trip, I brought my car in to Hogan to have it checked out to insure all systems were running well. The technicians at Hogan checked everything and charged only $20. The front desk was great too.!
